is it MMC? or SD?, there shouldn't be a slide lock on the side of the card. if so it's an SD.

I have the one from TOPRAM, using a 6600 and no problems. My friend has the nokia 3600/3650 also from topram without any errors either.

Did you format it on the PC with a card reader? if so did you format it at FAT16? any other's i can see having problems. the phone will format it for FAT16.

what are you using to install the APPS with? if you have the nokia pcsuite, there's the adapter that "auto installs" for it to install straight from PC. But you can also move the ".sis" files to the phone then run them on the phone to install.

It is possible to have bad .sis files. i've had this experience mainly with 'themes' for the phone.

"now this one works but he got lots of problams!!!"

I'm assuming the above comment is regarding your phone? or is this somebody else who you know is now having problems? assuming it is still you, please list the exact steps you are doing to cause a 'recurring error'. and the type of phone you have for what region, and the application that you are installing. It's possible you might have a firmware incompatability.

in short, alot of possibilities, so please do the above so we can help you narrow it down some. you MAY even have a bad card. :D

try formating it through the phone. it'll take a while, but it might work. if that doesn't, i'd call topram asking for an exchange. i'd lean on glitchy ram, or damaged on delivery.

I did the formwat in fat16 with my PC also using windows xp. and had no problems. I would suggest contacting topram for a replacement. just ironic i think :( but i NEVER had any time of problem installing, or running apps that where not application errors themselves, that weren't related to the memory. i move video's and install apps weekly on the phone. never hickuped with my 256mmc. EVER. so they may have gotten a 'bad' batch. i noticed the one i got, and the one my friend got had different casings comparitively. but he never had problems when he got his.
