"Theme Studio" and "Theme Editor"

What's the difference?

Are these two completely different programs or are they just different people's interpritations of the same package?

If they are different... I have the one from nokia.com (theme studio?) so where can I get the other one from.

Duh...

Now I just need to either buy the code or find a key-gen! ;)
