BYE BYE Mr N-Gage :(

ok my n-gage has died, NSC couldnt do anything to save it, they told me it would need to be sent to nokia, they said they could do it or i could do it, they said they had two queues one for NSC/shops and one for direct customers, they told me that i would be better to send it my self, as if they sent it it could be up to 3 weeks where as if i sent it it could b back with me or new one in 5 days!!! is there any truth in this??


BTW i posted it recorded delivery yesterday and it was delivered this morning

they are sending to nokia for wat, reflashing it?

demand for a replacement set mate, else u might have to wait v v long.

NSC already flashed it, had no effect, they said it has to go to the highest level before a replacement is issued, the highest level being sending to nokia, well it is already in nokias hands!!! no the wait begins!!!

ok ive been searching but cant find :(, does anyone know the phone number for the uk nokia repair centre so i can ring them tomorow to see if they have looked at my n-gage, i know they definatly recieved it this morning the royal mail told me so
