Hello.

I am a builder and sand & grit have gotten into my 6310i making some keys impossible to use so I want to clean to my Keypad with metholated spirits and a cotton bud.

I have the correct screwdriver to take off the 4 screws under the battery.

But still the phone does not come apart.

I am scared to pull too hard incase i break the casing.

Does anyone know how I am supposed to undo the case further?

when you take off the back casing there is a screw up at the top of the ariel which will be either blue or red in color just unscrew that and the phone will come apart just make sure you put it back in when putting the phone back together

Kiranrss - could you send me a copy of the 6310i service manual. I want to replace the fascia and can undo the 4 screws under the battery but cannot see how to get thy fascia apart.
