I talked with a guy that showed me normal firmware for 6310i (DCT4!) with ENABLED Network Monitor (Field TESTS), but he wanted a large amount of money for the files. (MCU+PPM)

Maybe someone from you, wise people, has such a files...? Come on, the knowledge should be free... ;)

how much was he asking, and did he have the software for any other phones? ie 6600 or later and how do we get in touch with him?
