hi, was just wondering if anyone knows how i can remove the install.log file on the nokia 3650. thanks.

Use a file manager like SeleQ. Search this forum (use the search feature) and find a site where you can download it like aivanet. Then search the phone for the file intall.log and you're good to go. Not sure why you'd wanna delete it tho. What are you trying to accomplish?

u can just format the phone just b4 u sell it.

is that by pressing *#7370# but i heard that could ruin the phone in some cases. is it true?

yup, thats the format code.
only way it ruins ur phone is when it runs out of battery in the middle of formatting.
Deleteing the log file just ruins the list of installed files on your phone.
I think the log file is used by the phone when youre uninstalling an app coz the log file contains the info on how to uninstall the installed application.
Better try formatting just like tzeonn said :)
You'll just have to make sure that you have a full battery before formatting...

thats the sis files in E:\system\install or C:\system\install
note that these files are not real install files... its just uninstall files and can only be used with the app manager
