Need Help Flashing Nokia 6600

Through my friend in taiwan i received an nokia 6600 in chinese. I have foudn out that nokia 6600 bought outside of us/europe does not support the english setting. ALthough the phone could be flashed to allow it to be viewed in english. Does anyone know what program do i use and how i can flash my nokia 6600...thks
