IR Remote Advice, cant import the .CCF file. Help!

Im trying to make my sony dvd player multi-region using a special .ccf file downloaded from the usual places.

The problem is that i import the .ccf into the phone but it doesnt seem to register the commands when they are pressed.

Is it because im using an evaluation version?? Or am i doing something wrong??

well when u press a key, like play for example. u get to choose a ccf file... and then a command inside it. if u dont know which one is "play" then u just have to try and see what happens... do this on all buttons.

Yep, I did that. No joy.

The standard sony dvd device that comes with IR Remote does control the player, but its when i try to add the user defined buttons from the ccf they dont seem to work.

The crack is definately for my player so I guess im going to have to try to borrow a PDA from somewhere.

ccf is designed for philips pronto remote control.

This work fine for my pocketpc pda with Tv remote software where you can edit and record the ir signal from any remote control.

Psiloc Ir remote is really bad only support branded remote and no way to record other remote control.

I have a program to design ccf(search for philips pronto with google) but useless with psiloc ir remote.
