6630 options

If you could add any feature to the new 6630 (WITHIN REASON: no "I want a 6 megapixel sensor"), what would it be?

Mine?
1) screen that went to edge of phone - nothing huge, just a few extra pixels.
2) faster processor (it's still at 100 mhz like the 3650)
3) SD slot instead of RS-MMC

why has it got to be on the 6630??? all the features people list will be features they've wanted on all their symbian phones.

all the ones you've listed id have liked on my 3650

for no. 1 if they added more pixels it wouldnt be symbian anymore! that wouldnt be so nice would it? i would rather make the phone thinner than adding more to the screen

wonder wat goes on in nokia designers... but better designs and more rigid phones are one of the factors i consider now ;)

For me, Stereo MP3 and Radio function shd be add in, bigger internal RAM.i wondering in the near future if 3G network is more coverage, how can we use video call if the fone only got 1 camera on the back :-? :-? .

Haha, may be we need a mirror when make video call.

The phone features we see today are dictated by the state of technology, meaning that as of now, those features are the only one allowed by the present technology. As technology evolves, all my wish will be granted, like:

1. Bendable display, so I can roll my phone like a cardboard or put it at back pocket of my denim without breaking it.
2. 3-d holographic display, imagine video call with the person's head floating on top of ur phone screen!
3. Interactive TV in phones, I can order the show I want to watch in my own time.
4. Batteries that lasts 6 months before charging, remote turning on of your phone.

Just be patient, all of the above will happen in not so distant future. :D

Well you need something a lot more expensive than a mirror to make a video call. Take a look at the product enhancements, there is some kind of a cradle that has a camera built in; so;U plug the phone into it and talk.

Also there is a flash available for 6630 camera, not sure whether will it work with other nokias though

As the phone is capable of video calls, does that mean that it is going to be on the "3" network when released? They desperately need a proper s60, all their other handsets are pretty poor.

i dont think it will specifically be on the 3 network, but more likley have capabilities to take full advantage of the 3 network

The 6630's video call will work even without 3G. If the network supports EDGE, video call is possible. Here in Philippines, the Smart network has rolled out EDGE in key cities for testing, the video call network elements were also installed for testing. I can see video call will happen here within this year, the more I get excited for the release of 6630. :)

Stereo and radio function and surround sound like the motorola E398 ,finally with a normal audio phone jack which we can use existing sony audio headset for powerful bass blast! When incoming call comes,the phone will vibrate and we will know!

do u think that the 6630 will be available from 3 network. 3 seems dead cheap but all the handsets r crap.
