Hi This Sounds Very Tech....am I Right In Saying U Can Track Your Mobile Via A Pc.....and Do U Have To Connect Your Phone Via Gprs Which Would Cost Me To Use As I Would Have To Connect To My Mobile Service Provider...please Explain

You don't track the mobile, your mobile sends the position to your PC

You don't need gprs to work (if you have it, you can see the position in real time). At the moment the connection gprs is cheap, alone pays for the sent information. I have a contract of 15Mb/mes and I never spend it. (it depends on the configuration).

The program records in the telephone a file txt with all the positions GPS (if you have) and all CELL-ID, and later on to analyze the track in the PC.

it works as spy.
