2100 unable to flash with higher ver

i can flash 2100 ver 05.21 but cant flash new version by using knok software as well as cant copy the flash file from the phone of higher ver can anybody tell me the reason or other software or knok latest version r other software

you gotta use knoc phoenix (95), i had to download it off emule...
