HELP with SmartMovie pls

basically iv converted the files fine i just cant get them on my fone without PCsuite converting them 2 3gp format.

iv got bluetooth and PC suite, how can i transfer the files 2 my fone keepin them as an avi file so that Smartovie can see them..?! pls help coz this is propa buggin me!!
