This morning my n-gage is strange.
I can't see the phone via USB (with the cable).
I connect to my pc...in the phone appears the simbol of usb but the pc don't see the phone.......SHIT!
I try to format the phone (with the code posted in the forum) and format the mmc (128Mb) but the problem persist.
Must i go to the nokia assistance or anyone has got the same problem?
Please help me....i don't want to sell my old n-gage (i buy a QD) with some problem cause is in warranty now!
Thanx.

No! Can't say nor remember having that kind of problem. I don't know if ur using Bluetooth or Infrared. If ur using infrared u will have problems, try whiching 2 bluetooth instead it's better.

INRARED in the N-GAGE?
Impossible!
MMC in the phone installed correctly (i used that mmc for 6 months without problem).
When i plug the usb my pc don't see nothing (the green arrow on the tray for example...)...and off course i can't see the phone like a removable drive couse the pc don't see the memory.
In the phone the memory is ok (the phone see it) and when i plug the usb in the phone diplay appear the simbol for usb plug.
I try it in another 3 pc but the problem is the same....
I DON't know...... :-?
WIN 2000....but with xp is the same.
This afternoon i try with another mmc...but i think that the problem is the same.....

nokia ngage has IRA? wot ridiculous person posted that? use one before you speak mate...
anyway your mmc card does not have a valid fat16 partition...that is your problem and can be solved numerous ways...
search the forums and you will find it...since this problem is so common its so laughable...
cheers ;)
