DietMP3

The above application doesn't seem to work. The MP3 will be still something like 3MB after diet :-?

Also, I hv problem using DietMP3 hack. Could someone tell me how does it supposed to work ?? Does the hack program need to be activate when DietMP3 is running ?? Also, what does the meaning of Freeze and Frozen supposed to mean ???

1. start dietmp3
2. start the hack
actually i dont even think u need to do it in that order.
3. enter any number from 0 - 255 (u will only see the 2 first digits in dietmp3 so 255 will look like 55)

Note that u need to REFRESH the program before it will show u the new number so either move the dietmp3 window alittle bit or just diet an mp3 file.

The hack does not need to be run every time u use dietmp3. the number u entered will still be there next time. however if u use the freeze funktion the hack must be running while u use it. freeze means that the number will not go down when u diet. when its frozen the freeze funktion is ON. so if u have it on, and 15 songs left it will still be 15 songs left after u diet a song. this way u can diet 500 songs at once.

and about the filesize beeing the same. i think thats becoz u still ur looking at the old mp3 file. dietmp3 will create a new mp3 file in a folder u select. by defult i think its in the dietmp3 folder, im not sure.

Thnks for the info. In fact, the MP3 had been compress fm 5.xMB to 3.xMB, however, I believed the size is still too big for my fone's liking ... :D

My current option is Cell Phone, CD Quality & Stereo ... perhaps something needed to be change here ???

Save more spaces but works better with nokia boom headset then phone speaker..
