Does anybody know what drives the 850/1800/1900 and/or 900/1800/190 mhz frequencies, is it hardware or software? I'm thinking of purchasing an AT&T phone with an 850/1800/1900 mhz freq., but I was wondering if there was something out there that can convert it to 900/1800/1900 mhz? :)
