Phone switching off!

Have a Nokia 3310. When it was fully charged it would cut out when I made a call. Got a new battery - same thing! Put SIM and battery in my old 3210 - same thing. Any advice? Thanks.

you have a hardware problem ~
you will need to Reflow the Cobba /CCount
if still have the same problem then you will need to Replace them
and problem will be solved

Yes if you have the Right Equipment
i mean Rework station
and some others too
if not the best will be to take it to a Service Store

Is it both phones i have a problem with or just the 1 sim card? didn't have a problem with the second phone until i put that SIM into it.

with out a sim card in the fone it wont switch off caus there is no power consumption
but when you put a sim in
there is and the fone switches off
