Image Upload (How does it works?)

Can anyone tell me how the Image upload service on Nokia symbian phones works.. ?? I want to be able to send my pictures to my own Webserver instead of using a provider such as www.truefoto.com..

Havent found any "papers" on how this works, if it uses some sort of webservice SOAP etc..

www.truefoto.com works for sure, I tried it on my ex-6600

You sign up at that site, and you get a username and password. You also get some settings. Now go to your phone:
Menu -> Gallery -> Images -> Options -> Upload Image -> Settings
And you enter the settings. Select which GPRS or WAP service you'd wish to use etc

Now next time, just select which image you want to upload. Voila. Its on the web at www.truefoto.com

PS: My memory of how the Symbian system layout is a bit rusty for the 6600 :D

Sorry, i didnt make my question clear enough.. I meant how the system works, what the server is running. I want to see if I can make my own "image upload" server using PHP but i cant find any paperson how this things works.

sorry, cant help you on that, but you can upload images via ftp (yftp is the name of the app). when you got the pics on your server you can do whatever you want with them ;)
