my n-gage crashed and can't start it even in safe mode

i have copied an video file converted with smart movie from the memory card(E) to the internal memory of the phone(C) and i turn off the n-gage.

after that i couldn't turn on the phone.i have tried presing the edit key to start in safe mode but nothing.only apear the nokia logo and then crash.

i can't even charge the phone.when i conect the phone to the adapter it don't have any light like normal.only the nokia logo apear 2-3 time and then nothing.PLEASE HELP

Yup. Try removing your MMC, and if that doesn't work, then taking your phone to Nokia Care will be the only solution.

Yeah... tell me about it... It's happened to me twice. It seems to be a really common occurance in the N-Gages.

This has happened to me many times before.. and every time i land up at a nokia care centre..

Well a brief look at the forum informs me that almost 65-70% of problems in N-gage have been start-up problems, crashes, etc..

Most of it attributable to the latest firmware 4.03

It's high time the guys at nokia get their grey cells working to make a major overhaul N-gage firmware.. :D

well if u guys wanna do something about it...go to the BBC Watchdog and complain....
