the keys are green + * + 3 but they only work on 6600 not 3650.
go to tools and manager and see if anythings half installed (the box on the right will either be half black or full black) also check to see if there are any programs running in the background (hold menu button down) if there are then just select them and press c to end them
then try to install your sis files again

ah just clicked after what tzeonn said, i got this problem with PC suite sometimes when i first got my phone. i found that if you restart your phone and your comp it worked again
but tzeonn is right, set fire to pc suite and throw it away. if you want to send something to the phone with irda, you should use somethin thats part of windows (i think) called transfer something. the icon appears on your desktop when your irda adapter connects with your phone. if you double click on the icon, it will open a dialog box with all your files etc, just browse to the file you want to send and select it and send it, then the file will be sent to your inbox and from your inbox (if its a .sis file) just open it and it will install etc
hope this helps

get a file explorer like Fexplorer, and go to either c:\system\apps or e:\system\apps, depending on where you installed the files (phone memory or mmc) and just delete the folder with the app in
this aint the proper way to remove apps cos some apps put files in the libs folder to and other folders so when you delete the folder with the main app in, these files are usually left unless you know what files your looking for and know what to delete.
its the only way i can think of to get round that error
