Battery can't stand long

i am new in siemens and i know nothing about siemens, my friend had send me two siemens (c30 and 3508i) .
both are siemes phone had same problem that is both battery can not stand long time,what should i do?

i have the software, who can give me the procedure of repairing this c35 battery problem
