I buy a nice nokia 7210 off ebay but I don't know the company was used before, the display says phone restricted, I got to the t-mobile store an they say I can use this phone, the sim card on my phone fit this new phone, what can I do?, I need a special cable to hack the firmaware? please give me a idea to deal with!! thanx :-?

all you need is a DATA cable an software to read the Provider code off the fone and the calc code for unloking
thats iff the 5 try have not been used up .if
this is the case then you will need a box to unlock (Griffin)

if you are lucky and check the wap/gprs settings it may tell you which operator it was used on before.. :D

i have the same problem as freak954rr 7210 and don't know who it is locked to, i have data cable. which software should i use to Provider code off the phone?
