Nokia 7250i

Hi everyone. I recently bought a Nokia 7250i that had a faulty screen. I changed the screen and now all i get is just a complete blue display. Ive been told that this will need flashing because of a software problem. I was just wondering if any of you experts out there could give me more information what i need to do.
Is there a program i can actually download to flash the phone or something?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Was the screen blue when you bought it???

Steps to take would be:-

1. Flash the phone ( not going to go into this cos i don't think its your problem) if this doen't help then.....

2. check the LCD connecters. if there ok then...

3 you need to replace the UEM (not for the beginner)


I have seen a few of these and in nearly all cases it has been the UEM.
