3660 Error Message

I have a tiny problem with my phone..

Phone Model 3660.
Internal Memory 4M. (remaining 2.9M)
Memory Card 128M. (remaining about 105)
Normally I kept all my games in memory card.

My 3660 can only run ugly java games, some nicer application software
and all those beautiful java games could not load correctly.
Giving me error like "App. closed Main", "Application error NullPointerExcept"
and "Syster Error".
The error does not appeared during installation but during loading.
Some of the program, i tried it using n-gage it work !!??

Any Master can help me ? I did consider about soft format.
but the word FORMAT sound scary.
And I am not sure will the problem solve ?

did errors only pop up when u run games? or everywhere and everytime?

wat games were u trying to run in the 1st place, might not work for ur phone.

format is to delete all data on phone mem, so it becomes like it was when u 1st bought it. just dun disrupt the format process, shld go fine. its also better to format mmc after u format phone too.

A.PhilipsCamcoderPro101_6600, "System error" will appeared just after I select it.
A.Colin McRae 04, "App. closed Main" will appeared halfway loading.

Ok, You mean typing *#7370# will softformat the phone like new. There original program from Nokia will remain as long as don't interupt the formating. How about system.ini that you talk about somewhere in the forum ? If fail send it back to Nokia Service Center. How long will this phone formating takes ? do you think the above program able to run after format ? thank you... thank you....

Use your sim to backup your contacts ;).

You can also use pc suite :)

The chances of running all of the above apps are BIG!!!

You got nothing to lose and you also gain a faster processing phone. ;)

Is it confirm that the app. and games that I listed able to run in 3660?
and how long will the phone takes to do ?

not to worry my friend. if the game cant work, most prob it isnt compatible with ur phone. and u can (almost) always delete and remove the game away. so no harm trying there.

but remember to backup everything up b4 u format ur phone.

You have the wrong version of camcoder for the 3660, the 6600 version will not work. Apart from that, the games may be incompatible to your model. Try downloading the games again, from a different source/file name.
