Change imei on Xp or 2000

Anyone has a tools that can enable me to change imei, update faid and others function that can be use in Windows XP or 2000?

Use noktool 1.8 by rollis, its in the downloads section it works perfectly on win xp, does every thing u mentioned, good luck
