I know someone with a telecom shop who sells RS-MMC cards. The brand is ridata yata. You can go to his shop in binondo or you can meet him at sm manila. The price for 128MB RS-MMC is PhP 2100, but that price is good for the 1st week of august lang yata. Maybe the price has already dropped. PM me and i'll give you his number. I don't want to broadcast it here.

I think 1 gig and 2 gig mmc's are already available here. Try wellcom. I think they manufacture their own mmc's. I think the 1 gig costs around 17k while the 2 gig costs 25k. You just have to pre-order. But they're so expensive it's like it's more practical to buy new phones with those prices. And i think that they would just slow down your phone because the phones don't support 1 gig and 2 gig mmc's.

i think there's still no good brand producing 512mb rs-mmc... and some generic so i'm not sure it would work for nokia 7610... i guess even if there would be one out in the market here in the philippines, it would cost more than double the price of 256mb..

Where were you able to buy a Transcend 128mb RS-MMC for nokia 7610? I think that's already cheap. A good buy indeed!

Really? I'm from Pacita, San Pedro myself. I'll try to go to Pavillion one of these days. Thanks for the tip! It will save me a lot of fare.
