SL45 Multimedia Card Error

Hi all,
just new here. I got an harmful message from my Siemens SL45 . When i try to access the phone nuber list (i got around 150 phone number) a Multimedia Card Error is raised.
How can i have my numbers back?

ok man i faced the same problem too much every 10 minute i get MMC error i was turnig off the phone and trun it on again but still after short time i get the same msg
so i take out the multimedia card and clean its pin by scratching it by a small screwdriver then i do a <<gentel clean >> to the soket of phone and its works ok now without error
but if its still show the same problem try to format the card on Card readed or in 9210 mobile phone or u can try to format it from the data suite that comes with the siemens
i hope that works with u
