yeah, you format it.

when you format it, it wipes the C drive clean and copies all the original files onto C from Z which is read only (where the OS is stored)

just type *#7370# to format. be dont forget to back up your contacts first

Normally how long it takes to format a 3650/3660 phone?

bout 5 mins give or take. its not very long at all

Up to 15 mins! But make sure that your phone is fully charged und you don't do anything within these 15 mins! If not - it could brake down!
