Hw can i get mp3's to my phone

Hi there,

Can someone please help me out here, ihave a nokia 7250 with a mp3 player on it, but dont have a date cable, is there any way off transferin my mp3's to my phone???

Dont matter now i got it, but there is another question i got not sure if this is the right place to ask it but here goes,
Is there any way of deleting folders from the main menu , or restoreing the phone to how it was when i first bought it????

u got to tell us correctly wat phone u are using 1st, is it 7650?

if its a symbian phone, press *#7370# to format phone.

if its a non symbian phone, press *#7780# to restore factory options.

the symbian phones im talking about are 7650, 3650, 6600, ngage, etc.

perhaps u can tell me wat phone are u using?
