im angry, not with orange tho, with o2!!!

my contract finished end of july so i ordered an upgrade. finally got through to the upgrade line after about 3 days of trying and constantly being put on hold. i order me upgrade, couple of days later i find out that they cancled my order for some reason and they dont know why, so i re order it after spendin a few more days trying to get through to the upgrade line and it actually was delivered. 4 days later i downloaded a ROM update off the official XDA website and try and install it, did exactly what it told me to and it killed my phone. so i took it to an o2 shop and they said they'd send out a replacment and that was last wednesday (11th). it should only take 3 - 5 workin days to be delivered but i find out yesterday after phoning them to find out where it is that they lost it at the warehouse and dont know why it hasnt been delivered and the only way to track it down is to set up a trace, which could take another 7 working days.

The bit that pisses me off the most is that my mate also sent off for a replacment on thursday (day after i ordered mine) and he got his replacment yesterday!!!!!

then to top all this off, my bill for this month should be £25 but so far its £96 because i was put on hold for that long when phoning the bloody upgrade line!!!

so ive bitched and complained at them and got nothing but appolagies. im supposed to send my buggered xda 2 off but they can get fucked, if they want it then they can come and collect it cos i aint sending it. If they start bitchin at me about sending it then im sending it to another country and just tellin them that it must be "lost in the post" and that it aint my problem anymore

why are they so incompetant???? and why the hell do they have the best god damn contract deals????? if they didnt id cancel my contract today!!!

ah well, guess its just my luck really :(

Yeah, i think O2 are victims of their own success. They have the best deals, but have so many customers, the support can't handle it. Being able to check your bill online with the online contracts is so useful. Whenever I have called them about problems, it always takes a few days to get through, but when I have done, they have sorted me out within 5 mins and been very helpful. Only thing is, when they have sorted a problem, they call you back a week later asking how it went, and when you get a call from jonny on behalf of O2, you shit yourself thinking you haven't paid your bill. Nevermind, I'll stick with them for the time being.
