cant run crux calculator on dell laptop

hi there,

i am trying to install crux 2.1 calculator on my dell laptop which is running on win 98 secon edition. i have installed everything but, when i click on the calculator to start nothing happens.
very strange and the same calculator works fine on other win 98 machine.

can some one help i reinstalled the programme still the same.
