I can't turn on my N-gage. There's only "NOKIA" on the screen and then ... OFF. Hard reset was uselless.

Welcome to WSOD....take it back to Nokia for repair or back to your shop for warranty or exchange...

It just needs new firmware put on (reflashing)

nokia service centre should be able to do that for ya

try removing ur mmc and boot up..if it works then the problem is ur mmc, try to format it.

if that doesn't work, turn on ur fone while holding down the pencil key, if u got passed by the n-gage logo format ur fone using *#7370*

if that still doesn't work..u might as well visit ur NSC for flashing.
