to lina for the faulty tools

i bought some tools from martin which all of them are faulty like panasonic x60 tools which is not working on uk phones, alcatel sws tools which is not working on new models and some of the version and martin tried by himself. sendo clip was faulty and martin collected and suppose to give us the new one. samsung clip which my customer refunded becausethats not unlocking the phone and i refund the mony.
i spoke to martin many times and every day he saying that he will waiting for parcel from you today tomorow and nest wek and........ just to day he's saying that i have to contact you guys to solve the problem out and he belive that i did bussines with your company.
can you please let me know what i have to do with this problem?
