Hi,

I have a 6310i and some keys are not working.
The following keys don't work:

The up key, 4, 5, 6, answer key.

I'm not aware of any water damage. I went to a phoneshop and they took a look at the phone but they couldn't see anything. They said that probably one of the chips is broken. Does anyone have any idea what it could be?

Everything is just working fine accept those keys.

Thanks!

ive got a similar problem on a 6510. The keys that dont work are the star (*) zero (0) hash (#) and the right navi key. ive fitted a 8310 front with 6510 screen but it still has the same problem. what can i do to test if its the contacts not touching the front board properly of if its a problem with the "mirror" chip
