i downloaded the new (2.44) version of "smartmovie" and installd it. now everytime i try to run the application, my n-gage gets stuck and i have to restart, with, or without the patch....i also tried version 2.12...same problem...

another thing:

how can i put an mp3 rington? the n-gage just cant recognize it....

dunno how to solve smartmovie problem

mp ringtone convert with pc suite or nokia multimedia converter and put it in sound/digital folder

Give some more info, for example what other programs are installed... Mp3 work fine as ringtones in my ngage, doesn't mather were I put them.

well, i tried to install it, on both mobile and mmc. as i try to activate the App all i see is just a white screen. that's it...i wait and wait, but nothing happens....othe Apps i have installed:
-realone player advance
-bounce
-Triz
-Xvid codec (came with smartmovie)
-Psiloc extended recorder
-FExplorer

It shd not have problem, i did help my friend to install it on N-Gaga classic, no problem at all, prefect.

Anyway, where u download the app from?

Hey,

I'm getting a similar problem to with the new Smart Movie V2.44. Once installed it plays for a short while then stops with an app closed error. I get two errors "Smart Movie App Closed" & "Media Gallery Closed".
I have removed it and re-installed 3 times, even formatting the phone to try again all to no avail. Also tried going back to V2.43 and that to now plays up.
I am on firmware V4.09.1.
