system error: big problem on n-gage qd

help, i have a big problem!
i have a n-gage qd, and, all of a sudden, when i select the sms page or the calls registry page,from the menu, i receive a "system error"... that's a "registry: system error" or a "sms: system error"... so i can't open these two pages.... and i also can't backup device memory (nor i have a bluetooth port on my pc!) what do i have to do? i only hope i don't have to hard reset x-| but i guess it will be the only way!!

i think u cannot perform a hard reset on n-gage, only OS7 can do this, anyway since you can still access your fone i suggest you format it using *#7370*, u will loose everything though since u can't back-up.
