Can I unlock my 3650 via blue tooth?

Can any one please tell me if I can unlock my 3650 via bluetooth & if so how?Unfortunately I cannot do it via the unlock codes as I have tried too many times.

Yes i can tell: NO you cannot

If you ran out of tries then only cable unlocking will do the job

by the way, 3650 is a DCT4 and this post is in wrong section.
