replace with a new motherboard.. :) sorry i'm joking...
I think there's nothing we can do.. Maybe u can clean it up using a chemical (thinner also can). Remember just the motherboard. Dont clean the plastic part with thinner.. then try to reflow.... This is just my idea.... There's a lot of expert on this site... maybe they can help u...
cheers !

OK, Heres my tips too!
What I use to clean water damage is an Ultrasonic Cleaning tank, but if you dont have one of these available then the next best thing is to use Isopropanol. (IPA) Spray it on the PCB and then give the pcb a good brushing with a short bristled paint brush.
Dont forget to remove the lids fron the RF Sheilding Cans (x3) and do both sides!
Allow to dry and reassemble.
If the phone is still dead then either the phone is dead! or the Software will need reflashing.
Hope this helps you out.
PM me if you need any more assistance.

Heres a picture I have just taken of mine. Sorry its so dirty!!
Ultrasonic Cleaning tanks work by firing Ultrasonic shock waves at the pcb breaking down and removing corrosion, especially good for underneath BGA Chips.
I'm not sure how much they cost.
They can be successful in cleaning lightly damaged pcb's but it does not work miracles if the tracks on the pcb have gone then nothing will save it!!

Completely safe I believe.
It is only a low power device, ultrasonic waves have also been used for medical purposes, i.e. breaking up small gall stones.:D

Hi, this prob no good now but, i have had 2 cases of water damaged phones and what i did to both phones worked fine.
What i did was got some meths completly brushed the PCB init.
Left it for a few days and tried it, if it didnt work i did it again.
By and behold it worked fine both phones.
Phone 1 went through the washing machine
phone 2 stopped due to rain
hope this helps

Be careful in using UrtraSonic tanks, some have variable frequency knob and you might destroy the contacts of your PCb when set to max.!

Really Thinner? That's quite a cheap way to clean. So how will i do that?just spray it on the motherboard and dry? That's cool co'z it's cheap.
A Friend of mine got his phone on a swim when he jump into a pool without undressing. He just opened the phone's motherboard and dried it with a Hair Blower. It worked for a few weeks but eventually got into a lot of hangups

Not thinners, meths. Metholated sprit. just brush it over the board leave to dry. when u get water damage make sure u take the bat out straight away.
If it dont work first time do it again. it worked for me
one got wet due to rain n blue the board but meths fixed it
works fine. and one went through washin machine that also works fine.

Like the other advices on how to treat water damaged phones i use a very simple which most often works :
...Brush motherboard with a soft toothbrush using any cheap dish washing liquid( i use green clean).
...Dry phone with a hair dryer or hotair station
...Use a different battery to swith on phone. works most of the time.
