nokia 7610 data send help

i have 7610 and have emailed .sis file to myself. i saved it on mmc, but when i try sending it over BT to other phone, it just wont go. i can send pics and sounds normally. do i need a special program for that or please explane me why i cannot send.

The Nokia 7610 cannot send SIS, JAR or MID over Bluetooth to another device, due to Nokia protecting its copyrights etc

What you can do, is change the name to "file.sid" using FExplorer and send it to the other phone. Then the other user renames it back to "file.sis"

It won't work if you're sending to a T610 or a 6230 or something ...

:eek: u cant send midis ia bluetooth even with FExplorer!!! please say i can! if you say i cant then the 7610 is no as good as i thought¬!

you cannot alocate and send them in file manager(nokia app.)
but with FXplorer you can find everything(shows ALL phone files), its really good program.
just rename the file name as nk_au says, and it will work...

great phone, but i am experiencing some troubles now, probably because its new phone and not all games are ready for it...
