View Full Version : 7610 SMSing FAULT!!!!!

Hi, just bought a new 7610 and realized that inputting of words have a big big problem.
U will always be prompted to spell? when u type an unknown word. After that it will be automatically "saved" into the dict.
If u try "muacks" or "hahahaha" it just BOMBS out from the messaging screen back to the main screen.
Any1 faces this problem 2? Any1 got any remedy? Please help!!!!! :-x

Hmmm. Strange... Umm are you sure that it's actually "bombing" out, and not just multi-tasking back to the standby screen? Hold down the Menu button next time it kicks you outta the message that your typing, and see if you can get back into it. Or maybe a software reset will fix it up for you. However before doing that try to see if you can type a message without using the t9 Predictive Text Input Dictionary!

I don't have this problem on my 7610 ... :confused:
