N7610 MMC help URGENT!!!

khm, as i was installing(via data cable) some games, i restarted my phone, but when it turned on, it gave me message
application closed AppArcServerThread !
when i press th "ok" button, the message just appears again...
pls tell me what to do, because i am unable to use my phone

if i need to format my MMC, pls tell me how. i do not have MMC reader or anything like that, only data cable connected to my computer(btw, i heard it is possible to format MMC by "calling" a number, dunno which, pls tell if you know)

1st format ur fone, using *#7370# or the using the 3 buttons (* 3 call) while turning on ur fone, also check out symbian facts for tips.

To format your rsmmc, go to extras folder --> memory card --> options --> format rsmmc.
don't exactly know if thats the correct flow, that how it is for 6600, but u should figure it out, just find the icon with the rsmmc and open it up and format it.
