Game Muted when playing original Ngage Game

Hi

I just bought my ngage QD - tried playing Sonic (Original) The game load well, but no sound.... how do i turn on the sound? It shows a muted icon when i switch between the phone and game option. Help Help.

Press 0 to change the volume of the sound/music

Press # to change between the views (wide or tall)

0 increase the volume - what about lowering the volume?

I tried holding on to the menu button and it just mute the game...
