Flashing of Nokia 30 modem

Is there anyone who can help me with an information about firmware reading/flashing of the Nokia 30 modem. :???:
I guess that it's based on some widely used mobile phone and some of the popular SW could be used directly on it with an appropriate pinout connection.

Any info will be heartly appreciated.

Hi,

It was a long time ago I was messing with this one. It was bought as a potencial controller of a car alarm. My firm get it from a firm called 'Data Response AS', located in Norway. What I know that they are official distributors of Nokia modems in Scandinavia.
As you see from that forum and many other places, I've never get any support for firmware for that particular type of modem. Data Response didn't want to give me any info about it, because they want to have total control over firmware from Nokia. The problem is that this firmware is at some beta level and is not good enough. later I've got an information that Nokia stops further developing of modems at all.

My suggestion is: Do not mess with Nokia - not good.
Buy a Siemens modem - they are leaders in this area and they have amazing support. I'm pretty sure that they have some distributor in India also.
