Software to send tones/pics to E700 with serial S500 cable.

Hello, i was wondering if anybody knows where you can get the software which allows pictures and ringtones to be uploaded to my E700 via my S500 serial data cable. I have only been able to finding flashing and imei changers to use with my data cable.
