ive got a 7250i i unrestricted it via calculater but but still i cant unbar calls etc,if it is blacklisted what now???

i too have a 7250i, which i bought from a work mate, used for 2 months n now it seems its blacklisted, is it useless?? n should i get rid??
any help would be great, many thanx

i think my phone is blacklisted.. i tried changing the IMEI and that didnt work any ideas?
