Soft Reset: Press and Hold the blue action key and power key at the same time for a few seconds
Hard reset: Press and Hold the blue action key and power key at the same time for longer and you will see a menu asking if you want to do a hard reset.
I'm not recommending playing with hard reset; you can lose all sw including windows.
