Unlocking Cingular 3595

Hi Im kinda new here and I have already unlocked 2 handsets here for myself and my dad, but this one wont work for the last 2 tries.

Its a Nokia 3595 passed down from my cousin who wants to jump to AT&T. I know I cant post the IMEI but I really would like to help him out

I should hope that by now you have come to find out that AT&T Wireless no longer exists... it was bought out by Cingular shortly after your post. So I guess your cuz doesn't have much of a choice now...
