Hi,

For me the best quality you can get is by using Virtual Dub and then Smart Movie V2.47 to watch the encoded movies.

Trust me mate, if you think the LCG Converter is better than a Virtual Dubbed movie then you have not used the right conversion settings.

Find mine here : http://nokiafree.org/forums/t62688/h/s.html

I've played with Smart Movie to get the best I can out of it and I think I have done just that.

Hi,

Sorry, I don't use any Hotmail chat utilities.

Yeah, Helix is ok but never uses the full screen which is a pain. Further down that thread is the settings I use for Smart Movie, yesterday I updated the bottom post with what I feel to be the best settings. Also I have attached my own one's that I use, it's just a case of finding the codecs and Virtual Dub etc.

The rest is then easy to do.

Email me if you have trouble finding things. [email protected]

Hi,

Yeah I have Nokia's Multi Media Converter already. It's good for ringtones but not great at videos, Helix Producer produces far better Real Player movies than NMM.

It still cannot create Smart Movies which take video viewing on a phone to a better performance level. Hence for this Virtual Dub is better.
