UNlocked but no signal whyyy

hi all i have unlocked myy nokia 3595 and when i put in my country simcard i get no signal whyy.. plese help me urgently i used the dct4 calc
does it have to do with the program i used or the codes i enetered what next? thanks

either a blocked (stolen) phone in your country or the phone does not support the frequency used by your network

hi its impossible that it was reported stolen cause it waas my brothers from usa and it was on at&t and my coutnry uses the same band could something else be wrong? its the second phone with the problem and can u tell me where i can get a cable for the 3595 nokia to unlock with software thanks whats the name of the cable?
