exporting contacts from .adr (sl45) to 6600

Hello
I just switched from siemens sl45 to nokia 6600
and have big problem with trasfering the contacts. On the siemens i was storing them on the memory card, all contacts are in .adr file. I need to convert this werid format to something acceptible for my 6600
i was searching for ready software solution but didn't find anything but this forum.
So you hope you guys will give me advice how to export the contacts from this .adr file

Your best bet is to probably shift the contacts from the Siemens memory card onto your SIM card, and then copy them from the sim card whcih you remove from the Siemens and place in your Nokia to the Nokia's phone or memory card. Or just send them via infra-red. You'll have a hard time trying to change formats and what not otherwise!

the sl45 can't send them all via infra red, but only one by one....
the second option with the sim also isn't acceptable because i will lost all fields except the name and the number....

there must be a software which does that?
