5120 completely dead

I have a nokia 5120 that used to work fine but now that I'm trying to use it again it doesn't even turn on.

I tried charging it and the battery did charge (I tested it with a voltmeter), but the phone still doesn't turn on. (Btw, when I was charging it, it didn't displayed the graphical voltaje level indicator in the lcd).

What can I do?

Try to resolder combomemory,cobba and ccont.
Then try to reflash phone.
